Called requesting handicap room in Destin Florida in Dec. 2013.
I was told that the reservation would have to be made after the holidays. Eventually a reservation was made but when I received the confirmation I realized the reservation did not state handicap room. My husband is in a wheelchair and handicap is a must. I e-mailed requesting info to be sure that the room was handicap.
A wk. letter I called, I was told..I will ck on it. I finally called the hotel myself. Not a handicap room.
Have been trying the last two weeks to get some resolution. I last spoke to my agent, "Axxxx" a week ago today. I also spoke to "Rxxxx" and was told I would have solution by Thurs. May 8th 2014 or Fri.
May 9th 2014. Still waiting, phone calls and e-mails and not being responded to. My daughters wedding is June 11. I have asked for a handicap reservation or a return of our money..the trip was paid for in full at the time of the reservation.
And we wait..and wait..and my daughters wedding is less than a month away.
Monetary Loss: $1200.
